Luxxe Lashes & Boutique Cancellation Policy At Luxxe Lashes & Boutique, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fair access to our services, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation Policy: • No-Shows and Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or fail to show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. This policy is in place to help us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Rescheduling Policy: • Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the original appointment time, you must reschedule immediately for a new date. The new appointment should ideally be within the next 1-2 weeks to ensure timely service. • Important Note: For lash extensions, if your rescheduled appointment falls beyond four weeks from your last fill, it will be considered a full set rather than a refill. This is because, after removing all outgrown lashes and replacing those that have naturally shed, you will typically have less than 40% of your extensions remaining. A full set charge will apply in these cases. • Subsequent Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule the rescheduled appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
